Freedom Mindset - What is it?

Mindset is the set of beliefs that shape how you view yourself & the world around you. The beliefs we form in our mind are shaped through experience, upbringing and education. If we do not have the awareness or tools to challenge these beliefs, we can accept them as our truths. Our beliefs have the power to hold us back from who we want to be or what we want to create.

Freedom is the state of being free, the ability to act or change without constraint. While most of our beliefs are formed from external factors, we internalise those experiences and lessons in our mind, these become our beliefs (and sometimes our truths). Our mind then holds control over how we act, speak and think based on what we believe to be true. So rather than being free to act or change, our beliefs have the ability to constrain us from moving forward.

Freedom Mindset is in essence being free from the constraints of our own mind, free from the beliefs that hold us back from reaching our full potential, empowering us to choose what we believe moving forward. Having a freedom mindset allows us to expand our beliefs, it opens up a world of limitless possibility & invites infinite potential into your reality.

Believing in yourself is the foundation of creating a freedom mindset. It means trusting yourself, your abilities, and your intuition. It’s about having the confidence to pursue your dreams and to take risks, even if others doubt you or try to discourage you.

When you believe in yourself, you’re able to cultivate a freedom mindset, allowing you to break free from limiting beliefs, societal expectations, and fear-based thinking. Instead, it empowers you to make choices based on your values and desires, rather than what others think is best for you.

Having a freedom mindset means acknowledging that you have the power to choose the life you want to live. It means recognising that you have control over your thoughts, emotions, and actions, and that you can create the reality you desire. This doesn’t mean that life will always be easy or that you’ll never face challenges. But it does mean that you’re not a victim of circumstance or fate.

To cultivate a freedom mindset, you must first believe in yourself. This means recognising your strengths, talents, and unique qualities. It means embracing your imperfections and seeing them as opportunities for growth and learning. It also means accepting that you may make mistakes, but that they don’t define you.

And learning to let go of what no longer serves you – limiting beliefs, negative self-talk and fear. When you release these things, you create space for new opportunities and positive experiences.

To create a freedom mindset you must also take action towards your goals and dreams. This means setting clear intentions, creating a plan, and taking consistent steps towards your vision.

Believing in yourself and cultivating a freedom mindset isn’t always easy. It requires courage, commitment, and a willingness to face your fears. But the magic on the other side is so worth it.

When you have inner freedom, you have the freedom to create a life of purpose, joy, and fulfillment. You can make choices that align with your values and lead you towards your dreams. So start today by believing in yourself and embracing a freedom mindset. The possibilities are endless.

A freedom mindset is creating an outlook on life that will allow you to feel free beyond the physical elements of your life that are perceived to be holding you back.

If you can change how you think about things in your life.

It will change how you show up physically.

Your energy will shift.

You will radiate out the freedom you are creating within.

And the physical world will respond.
